NYU

So I am proud to say I am going to Tisch NYU to do theater. It's a total relief to find out. I applied to two other schools in which there was no doubt in my mind I would never get into as I didn't hand in the right materials and just blotched that them all up. And then for a couple of weeks before I found out I got in I was planning what I would do if I didn't get in. Damn and I had some great ideas. The road trip thing around the States... after I have LEGALY learnt how to drive. Seing all my different friends and going down to New Orleans and then to hear Al Green sing at his gospel church. Then to go up to Cali and drive through a giant red wood. Then to finally end up in Hawaii, where I can learn to kite surf properly and get that second tattoo I always wanted (learnt to surf and got my first tattoo there)  Do a course in Paris with the renowned Gaulier. and learn to speak Parisian french. Go to Australia and visit my friend who is currently having an incredible time (this is all with no money by the way) I want to skyfall and horse ride in Chile, and go to Japan and go to the hot Springs naked and watch the sunset from the top of Mount Fuji. and then finally to go back to Jinja, Uganda where I was when I was seven and just fall in love with the place all over again. Oh and I want to travel a bit from there to go and climb Kilimanjaro. I sound insane. I know I probably would never have done some of these ideas anyways, as the people who know me well,  will say something like I'm a good dreamer. never the less I like to think I can surprise myself and them.

But now I'm in college. University. Whatever you want to call it. And my biggest dream of all is on its way of coming true and thats to act. Just to simply act everyday with a group of people who want to do it too.  It sounds pathetic really. Everyone acts everyday, and it is my belief know one can teach you how to act, just ensure that you still want to do it and expand the mind at how good you can really be. So for the next four years I am going to be a sponge and soak up the information i want and squeeze out the info I find useless to me. I am truly excited. But I am honestly flabbergasted I got in. SO I am going to do everything I want to do. This year I am going to work to pay for my dreams and for next year I am 100% going to Uganda.  But till then I am going to University. Fuck yes!

oh and I AM GOING TO DECORATE MY APARTMENT.
